Optima DA's are designed to easily distribute TV and radio signals in a domestic environment. Each output has high gain for long cable runs and a level control to avoid overload. The amplifier is built in to a screened pressed metal housing for high signal screening and fitted with F female connectors for reliability. Optima DA's are tuned to reject 4G/LTE interference so cover 85MHz to 790MHz. DA8-20 has separate VHF and UHF inputs to cover VHF/FM, VHF/DAB and UHF TV.

The built-in power supply has a 600mm mains lead with a UK standard 3-pin plug fitted with a 3A fuse.

For best results always ensure any unused outputs are properly terminated with a 75ohm load. Use V17-007 F terminator. Multipoint domestic aerial systems may require earthing. Consult the latest codes of practice & legislation for information.
